Do I need a credit card for the trial, and when will I be charged?
Yes. Enter your card at Polar checkout to start the 7-day trial. Your selected monthly subscription starts charging after the trial ends. Cancel before then to avoid the first charge.
What is included in Ember compared with Campfire?
Both plans include the same product tools. Ember is 18 EUR per month for 2 hired Profiles and 250 asks per day. Campfire is 52 EUR per month for 8 Profiles and 800 asks per day. Daily allowances apply across the workspace. We recommend Campfire if you need more than two Profiles.
Is the monthly price per person or per workspace?
The monthly price covers one workspace with one human operator. Profiles are agent identities, not paid seats for people. Team invitations and additional human seats are not included in v1.
Where can I cancel my trial or manage my subscription?
In the app, open Settings, then Billing, and choose Manage billing to open the Polar customer portal. You can manage your subscription there. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the first charge. Manage billing.
What are tokens, and will my allowance last?
A token is about 4 characters of English text. Uploads and imports spend tokens when they are indexed; each ask spends a little plus whatever evidence comes back. In practice you will usually hit your daily ask count long before the token allowance — Ember’s 2 million daily tokens are roughly eight novels of text every day. Daily usage and limits.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no additional tax through reverse charge; other EU buyers pay their country’s VAT at checkout, collected by Polar.
Do both plans return cited passages instead of AI-generated answers?
Yes. Both plans return exact passages from your documents, with citations and an evidence support score. Takibi does not generate answer prose. Your agent decides how to use the evidence in its own response. Understand the evidence.
Can I download my original files and export my knowledge base?
Yes. Both plans let you download your original files and export projects in Open Knowledge Format. Export any material you want to keep before deleting it from your workspace. Export your documents.
